The 7.5 acre property includes 10 hard tennis courts, hot tub, a pro shop, a restaurant and a sweeping mountain view. Quail Ridge is conveniently located between Taos Ski Valley (14 miles away) and the town of Taos. Historic downtown Taos is only 5 miles away but there are several great restaurants in walking distance!
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is seating for 4 at the counter plus a dining table with four chairs.
The living area is comfortable with a large flat screen TV. Dual 55" QLED 4K UHD Smart TVs one in bedroom other in loft. Alexa Devices - Echo Dot Maxes at Loft Fireplace in Stereo Pair, Echo Pop in each Full Bathroom, 8" Echo Show at Dining Area. Dual air filters.
Out from the living room through the sliding door is your private patio with a gas BBQ, charcoal grill, chiminea, patio furniture and amazing views of the mountains. The perfect spot to take in the outdoors and relax.
When you are ready to explore the area, skiing, hiking, sightseeing, fly fishing, museums, shopping and dining are only minutes away. The Rio Grande Gorge Bridge is 10 minutes away. Golden Piñon restaurant is located on site with a great . Pizaños Pizza is across the street. Several popular restaurants (medley., Toribio's, Aceq, Pizaños, Golden Piñon, Orlando's) are a 5 minute drive or less. The scenic town of Arroyo Seco is 4 miles and the Taos Pueblo is 6 miles away.
