Built by people who stay

Abode was founded by locals who know Taos and Taos Ski Valley as home. We hire locally, source locally, and reinvest in the communities we serve. Every property we manage reflects that commitment: clean, well-maintained, and ready for you to arrive and settle in. We're not a distant platform. We're your neighbors.

What We Value

More of our story

Taos has a way of pulling people back. We started managing a handful of properties for friends and neighbors who wanted their homes looked after while they were away. Word spread. The portfolio grew. What stayed the same was the approach: treat every property like it's yours, and every guest like they called ahead. We know which roads get icy first, which trails are worth the drive in mud season, and which restaurants fill up on a Tuesday. That local knowledge is part of what you get when you book with us.

The hub of northern New Mexico. Close to the Plaza, the galleries on Bent Street, and some of the best green chile in the state. Most of our larger homes are here, with easy access to everything in town.

A quiet village 15 minutes north of Taos town and 5 minutes below the ski valley. A handful of good shops, a great taco stand, and a straight shot up the canyon. Peaceful in summer, convenient in winter.

Taos Ski Valley

Mountain Resort

Taos Ski Valley

19 miles up the canyon at 9,200 feet. A seasonal resort town with the mountain right outside the door. Our condos here put you steps from the lifts in winter and the trails in summer.
